Current behaviour

When I generate a PDF using the context menu option with the setting enabled in the general settings, it is created without accessibility tags.

This was resolved some time ago for the export of notes to PDF in this PR #14111

The same should be done for the functionality in #14390

Expected behaviour

generate the PDF but with accessibility tags
