just to add salt: according to my math github support receives about 40k tickets/week. since they're obviously not working on weekends, that's about 8000/work day or about 1000 tickets/hour. say each takes 5 minutes on average, they must have at least 83 staff workers just processing tickets non stop 9-5 all week. JUST TO KEEP UP with the volume. now imagine you somehow managed to give them your money before ur account was locked - so your plan is pro, business or whatever, which they are obviously prioritizing (they claim so in docs), so chances of github support even seeing your ticket (assuming they indeed have 80 people working which I really doubt with how much they push shit ass ai everywhere) are thin small. since I don't really have much to lose on this shit platform anyway I thought of just creating 10k tickets and spam their whole system since that's how you reach to github nowadays just for them to charge you your money. getting an appointment for eu visa is easier smh. |

Hi everyone,
This happened to me when I wanted to buy copilot in billing information.
"Sorry, you can't update your billing information at this time
We are sorry, but after reviewing we have determined that the billing information supplied is ineligible for transactions with GitHub due to government restrictions."
I filled in the wrong information before, and I couldn't change it when I wanted to. I'm in Singapore and I don't understand why there are restrictions here.
