I honestly don't know, where to get help. I have an error happens when i try to push project to repository: unable to translate bytes [D1] at index 112 from specified code page to Unicode. It shows in every project as red error, when i try to push.

The error you're seeing ('Unable to translate bytes [D1] at index 112 from the specified code page to Unicode') usually indicates a mismatch in character encoding. This often occurs when data is encoded in a specific way, but labelled or interpreted differently, so it would be advisable to verify that they match on both sides.
Try looking for any special characters that could be causing the problem.

If the problem persists even with simple commits, It could be due to your OS configuration.

This usually happens because of an encoding mismatch. In most cases, switching everything to UTF-8 and avoiding special characters in commit messages fixes the issue.
You can also set Git to use UTF-8 by default. Just run:

git config --global i18n.commitEncoding utf-8
git config --global i18n.logOutputEncoding utf-8
