Unable to verify your academic affiliation

Hi everyone,

I have sent Application to the Educational Program, with my Student ID's 2 side. But they said:

• Please complete your GitHub billing information with your full name exactly as it appears in your academic affiliation document. You do not have to add a payment method. You may need to log out and log back in to GitHub before reapplying. If you have only a single legal name, enter it in both the first and last name fields.

• You are unlikely to be verified until you have completed your GitHub user profile with your full name exactly as it appears in your academic affiliation document. Please do not use a variation of your name or a nickname. Once you have updated your profile information log out and log back into GitHub before re-applying.

After this, I have added my Billing infromations with my Full name, Full address. Then I have resent like that, and I got this respond:

• Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your last name exactly as it appears in your GitHub billing information. If you have only a single legal name, enter it in both the first and last name fields of your GitHub billing information.

• Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your first name exactly as it appears in your GitHub billing information. Variations of your name and nicknames are unacceptable.

• You are unlikely to be verified until you have completed your GitHub user profile with your full name exactly as it appears in your academic affiliation document. Please do not use a variation of your name or a nickname. Once you have updated your profile information log out and log back into GitHub before re-applying.

I don't know what I'm missing. When I saw this Edu. Project I was so happy. If an official can contact me I would be very happy.

Have you made sure your GitHub profile name and billing name exactly match your academic document, including first and last name, without any nicknames or variations? Also, log out and back in before reapplying. Could your Student ID document be formatted differently from your GitHub name?

github education verification can fail if ur name doesnt match exactly across ur profile, billing info, and academic document no nicknames extra spaces, or reordered names if u have a single legal name, enter it in both first and last name fields, 2FA is also required after updating everything, log out and back in before reapplying, if it still fails it may be a manual review and u can try again or contact support

i had the sqme issue before but after following the steps in this video iwas able to get verified :)
