Copilot Pro+ Plan activated but was informed to upgrade when choosing claude models

I have already activated my copilot pro plus plan, as you can see in the picture below.

But when I tried to choose claude-opus-4.6, I was informed that I need to upgrade to pro plan to get access to the model.

I was using the vscode extension remote ssh to connect a ubuntu 22.04 server.

Methods I have tried to fix this:

1. restart my vscode.
2. kill the remote vscode server and reconnect.
3. sign out my account, both vscode sync account and copilot account, restart vscode and resign.
4. reboot the remote ssh server.
5. combination of methods above.

Still, I can't reach the claude models.
