[feature request] optional PurgeCSS integration as part of CSS compression

As the title states, it'd be nice to handle all optimisations from within this tool

There is astro-purgecss https://github.com/codiume/orbit/tree/main/packages/astro-purgecss but I haven't used it so I can't recommend.

I use that already but I like the idea of it all being packaged up in one compress plugin :)
