[BUG] Minor version of plugin and server is not properly set

Description
Installed VSCode plugin and server has version 2022.9.0 while should be 2022.9.1

To Reproduce

1. Install 2022.9.1 version of VCode plugin and UTBot server from - https://github.com/UnitTestBot/UTBotCpp/actions/runs/3091493813
2. Configure server and plugin
3. Open Extension settings page of the plugin - note that version is 2022.9.0
   
4. Open UTBot: Client Log - it says that connected to server 2022.9.0
   

Expected behavior
Displayed version of the plugin and server is 2022.9.1

Additional context
That's not specific to 2022.9.1 release, problem with any minor version as far as I can see.
