build openwhisk-runtime-java project error

When i access https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/apache/openwhiskin chrome, reported 404
Someone knows how to solve it?

Git clone openwhisk repo firslty.
And run ./gradlew install under openwhisk repo can install the package to local repo， e.g. /root/.m2/repository/org/apache

But i still don't know why openwhisk is removed from https://repo.maven.apache.org/
