`/Usage` is broken

Describe the bug

I found that whenever using the copilot version 0.0.343, it does not show proper usage of context window or even track it at all.

Affected version

0.0.343 Commit: 5847051

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open copilot
2. Write a prompt
3. type /usage

or

1. Open copilot
2. Write a prompt
3. exit copilot using Ctrl + C or /exit

Expected behavior

It should track and show usage properly like the version before.

Definitely a bug, likely related to a large refactoring of session management we just landed. Thanks for the report!

@sergiou87 it works but only partially in 0.0.349 version

/usage will now show output usage
