Hi, I've been looking into this and traced the root cause.

Proposed approach: Locate the Gallery Svelte component (likely in js/gallery/ or similar), find the delete handler for individual items, identify why individual deletion fails (likely a state update or event handler bug), fix the logic, and add corresponding tests. May need to check both the frontend Svelte code and any Python-side Gallery component logic.
