Hi everyone, We are investigating reports of users unable to utilize Copilot Free after a trial subscription has ended for Copilot Pro. Sorry for the trouble caused. Current StatusThe changes have been reverted and we are seeing signs of recovery. We expect impact to be largely mitigated, but are continuing to monitor and will update further as progress continues. Just submitted a ticket 2 days ago that's be left unread - I wanna upgrade to copilot pro as well but when I goto make the payment I'm just taken to the copilot website. I try to use it and it says Access denied. The money is there I've been trying for a few days now |

I opened a one-month trial period of GitHub Copilot Pro from March 1st to April 1st. Why was I deducted US$5.16 on March 16th? You promised to try it for a month, but you deducted my fee halfway through. I need to return the fee and explain what the problem was. If no one of you handles or responds to me, I think you are defrauding users and deducting fees falsely? |

my account is still showing Copilot Free, but today GitHub successfully charged my bank for Copilot Pro. The charge was successful on my bank, but my account is still locked and Copilot still shows Free. Please manually remove the billing lock and assign Copilot Pro to my account. I am attaching the proof of charge again. |
