Add more `text` MIME types with defined file extensions

  - ``.ttl``    for ``text/turtle``
  - ``.uri``  and ``.uris``   for ``text/uri-list``
  - ``.vcard`` and ``.vcf``    for ``text/vcard``

I am willing to add .ics and .vcard but the others aren't that used I think. .manifest and .csvs may be relevant though, IDK.

Graphviz, SPDX (a Linux Foundation standard), and Org Emacs files have well-known specs and defined file extenions. The others have formally-defined MIME types, so they should be added for completeness

Oh right, SPDX is useful. I'm not willing to add others for the sake of completeness though. I would rather have an autogenerate list instead if we want "completeness". In addition, your changes changed the priority order of mime types, so we should be extra careful here.

Do you mean the JS file types? You can mark the diffs containing them in my PR for reversion if you like.

First, we need to decide whether we want to all those types. I asked to create an issue for gathering similar MIME types so that we can discuss first which ones to add as well.

I think some are useful, but not all of them. The list is already growing a lot and I think it would make more sense to have that list in an auto-generated file instead but that's also another question.

For now, I want you to revert the changes you made in the PR that are not additions and wait until we decide what to do (both for text and video types). TiA.
